Supporting More Successful Outcomes
Are you an attorney, therapist or other professional that would like to better support your clients going through divorce?
Adding a divorce coach to your client's team can make a huge difference in their divorce experience. A trauma-informed coach can help them cope with the high stress, and distress, that divorce and the accompanying transitions can trigger.
A divorce coach can enable you to provide your expertise
more effectively and efficiently.
Having survived a high-conflict divorce myself with a child, I understand the emotional stress and overwhelm divorce can cause. I remember the isolation, panic, and shame I felt, and how difficult it was to engage and think beyond the current (never-ending) crisis. I wished I had someone to help guide and reassure me as I labored through this major life transition.
Through my own journey, I realized that I want to help others cope with their current challenges and regain hope and joy in their lives as they move into the future.
This is why I created Seattle Divorce Doula.
My goal is to help your clients feel more
empowered and resilient while
making your time with them more focused and productive.
I can help them better manage their stress so they can be focused and organized for meetings with you, and better prepared for upcoming legal deadlines. I’ve been in project management and consulting for 20+ years and am very skilled at making the impossible and overwhelming, manageable.
Additionally, the Somatic Trauma Informed Coaching Certification™ from the School of Trauma Informed Positive Psychology as well as my training in polyvagal theory, attachment theory, positive psychology, and narcissistic trauma recovery, has created a foundation that is uniquely positioned to help clients caught in the hurricane of conflict and overwhelm.
I can be the friendly ear to help think through the logistics of parenting scenarios, be the sounding board for (potentially inflammatory) emails or texts, coach on boundary-setting skills, or assist with locating additional resources for themselves or their children. We will work on new tools to manage the emotional roller coaster and challenges that can send things spiraling in the wrong direction.
My goal is to help your clients navigate their divorce from a place of personal empowerment and emerge into their next chapter of life stronger and more resilient.
If you see value in having more present and engaged clients, I’d love to connect.
